QuarkNet Workshops

QuarkNet is a teacher professional development program funded by the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Energy. This summer at the University of Oregon, high school science teachers will explore the latest research in particle physics and gravitational wave astronomy, joining a cadre of scientists and teachers introducing the latest physics research into their classrooms. Teachers receive a stipend for every day they participate.

QuarkNet is supported by the National Science Foundation award 1806631-PHY.
